Shipping Calculations & Charges
Shipping charges and other information for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Our fulfillment team is working as quickly as possible to get your order out for delivery in the order in which we receive them. We strive to ship out orders placed before 11 AM CST on the same day, but we cannot guarantee this due to fluctuations in order volume and other factors including peak holiday seasons.

My order still hasn’t arrived, the courier still has my package, the courier is late delivering my package, or I have another issue with USPS / UPS / FedEx / other shipping courier?
As soon as the package or shipment has left our fulfillment center, we no longer have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. Of The Ancients™ is not responsible for the freight or parcel company not meeting their delivery schedule or other delivery issues. If there is a problem with shipment and not the product itself, please contact the shipping service that is applicable to you below, or contact the courier via their customer service number or website.

The courier attempted to deliver my package but still has it?
Once the package leaves our fulfillment center, we no longer have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. You should be able to reschedule a delivery via the courier’s website or by contacting them. They may also be holding the package for you at a pickup location or post office. Of The Ancients™ is not responsible for the freight or parcel company not meeting their delivery schedule or other delivery issues. In the event that the package is not picked up and returned to our warehouse, we can make best efforts to invoice you to re-ship it, or we may be able to refund the products (shipping is not refundable, and please see refund policy below).
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is not included unless advertised as such during promotions on our website. We may from time to time offer free shipping with a certain order value as advertised. Because we are not a major corporation and instead are a small business run by a dedicated team, we deeply appreciate your understanding and your support.
International Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping options through our website using options such as USPS International, UPS, DHL, or FedEx that may be available upon checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country or otherwise. Of The Ancients™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Do you ship to my country?
Our software should allow for shipping to 27 international locations. While we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the shipping software used, by proceeding to checkout through our website you should be able to determine if we are able to ship to you. We are unable to ship to some countries due to a variety of factors including customs regulations.
My international order is delayed?
Once the package leaves our fulfillment center, we no longer have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee or assist in any issues that may arise with customs or other factors while shipping internationally. Of The Ancients™ is not responsible for the freight or parcel company not meeting their delivery schedule or other delivery issues. It is possible that your package may be held by customs until it has gone through inspection, or other international shipping procedures. Please allow at least an extra shipping time of at least 1-2 weeks or so for this reason.
