Reviews based solely on interactions with our team (such as phone calls or emails) do not qualify as valid product reviews.
2. Personal Experience Required
Reviews must reflect your own direct experience with the product or service. We do not allow reviews based on hearsay, secondhand accounts, or commentary unrelated to the actual use of the product.
3. Relevant and Constructive Content
Reviews should address the overall product or service experience. Irrelevant commentary or content unrelated to the product may be removed.
4. No Hate Speech or Harassment
We do not tolerate hate speech, offensive language, or personal attacks. Reviews containing threats, harassment, or the exposure of someone’s personal information will be promptly removed.
5. Duplicate Submissions
Each customer may only submit one review per product. Duplicate reviews or attempts to flood a listing with similar content may be removed.
6. Spam and Promotional Content
Reviews that are clearly spam, promotional in nature, or include unauthorized third-party links will be removed. We do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content linked in reviews.
7. Other Violations
We may remove or restrict reviews that violate our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, applicable regulations, or other platform guidelines.

No Incentives or Compensation for Reviews
We do not offer incentives—monetary or otherwise—in exchange for reviews. Reviews should be freely submitted without any promise of reward.
