Return and Refund Policy
What is your Returns Policy? (US domestic orders)
We are proud of our natural formulations and stand by their quality. If you would like to return a new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt in the same condition that you received it and in its original packing – the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Any items submitted for return that have been opened or used in any way are also subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless product is returned for product quality issues). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please note that any items sent back to our warehouse without first contacting and confirming the return with our team, or product ‘returned to sender’, may not be properly identified, which may either extend the time of the refund or nullify it. In addition, we cannot issue refunds to any items sent to an improper address or refused shipments that do not return to our warehouse appropriately. If we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return. If a return is requested for product quality issues, please detail the problem in writing to our team. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What items are returnable?
Items that are unused, and unopened are eligible for return under our Returns Policy terms by contacting our team. Any items submitted for return that have been open are also subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless product is returned for product quality issues). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
What do I do about receiving a damaged product?
As soon as the package or shipment has left our fulfillment center, we no longer have control over its whereabouts, delivery, or package integrity since it is in the hands of the courier. USPS claims can be handled through the carriers website directly. For other carriers please contact us via our Contact page or Contact@ImmortalOceans.com in order for our team to file a claim for the damaged item with eHub. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by you the customer in order to submit a claim to the courier, along with your order number. Please attach photos of all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself.
Refund Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will make best efforts to process your refund 10 business days or so on our end. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, which is outside of our control .It may take around 30 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our Contact form or Contact@ImmortalOceans.com
